I have published an update to my Private Custom app and it has been reviewed and released to the app store for the Customer. The customer has sent out a number of redemption codes for the app update but even though their devices are saying the app is downloading, nothing appears on their device. I have also tried the same process here and have the same problem. I get a message that "You have successfully redeemed your code. Your App is now downloading." but nothing appears on my device. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be or how to debug the issue?
